A stunning example of Renault’s ultimate hot hatch. With only 250 examples of the Renault Megane 275 Trophy-R released worldwide, Australia was fortunate to receive 50 for local delivery early in 2015. Purchased new this example is used for the occasion drive day, track day or just for a general blast through the mountains.
Extracting more power from Renault’s flagship hot hatch was always going to be a challenge stock with little over 2000km on the clock increasing from 175kw to 180kw. Torque was another matter with a substantial increase recorded from 305nm to 383nm.
After laying down a 1.06.5 lap time at Wakefield Park with a Race Spec Tune it has now been retired back to the garage following several days of detailing and paint correction/protection to restore the showroom finish.
