The Clio IV RS 200T starts life as a fairly mild 1.6lt turbo putting out 110kw/200nm at the wheels, until they get the Race Spec Tuning treatment that is 🙂
Sydney based Renault servicing specialists, RenoTech setout to build a National Competition Level Tarmac Rally Behomoth and started with the Renault RS 200T as the base. Adding some tasty performance upgrades including RS 220 Factory Turbo, Koya Works Turbo-back Exhaust, and Wagner Competition Intercooler resulted in pushing power output to 150kw/300nm at the wheels making for an exhilarating drive.
Its not always just about power, and RenoTech have proven this with a range of handling mods, including MCA Gold suspension and chassis stiffening which propelled the RenoTech Clio to first place in the last 2 rounds of the Australian Tarmac Rally Championship at the Snowy River Run and the Lake Mountain Tarmac Rally in 2017.
Demonstrating its track credentials the RenoTech Clio also finished outright fastest RS at the Renault Nationals at Wakefield Park.
